By accessing UCAT's website, masterclass, app or community, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

UCAT is an educational programme. Nothing on this site, in our courses or community constitutes investment advice, financial planning or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. All trading decisions are your own.

Account & Access

Your login is personal, non-transferable and for a single user.
Sharing course content, recordings or community access is prohibited and may result in revocation without refund.
Lifetime access is tied to the lifetime of the UCAT product/community, not the buyer.

Intellectual Property

All videos, charts, tools, written materials and frameworks are the property of UCAT / Harsh Bhagat. You may not reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit any part of the content.

Risk Acknowledgement

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
